Where does Rabbit Hop deliver?
Rabbit Hop offers home delivery, but delivery is not available for every location. Some Nicosia areas may also have a faster chilled-beer delivery option during the hours shown at checkout. For islandwide deliveries, availability and timing can depend on the location.
How long does delivery usually take?
Standard home delivery usually takes around 24–48 hours depending on the delivery location. Certain areas may need extra time, and delays can happen for orders placed during weekends or public holidays.
Is there a minimum order or delivery fee?
Home delivery has a minimum order of €20 and a delivery cost of €4.50. The final delivery option and availability should be checked at checkout before placing the order.

Can I return or exchange an order?
The refund policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition received and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Gift cards are non-returnable, and sale items may not be refundable.
