Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to any applicable exceptions under Cyprus and European Union consumer protection laws.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires.

You may do so by submitting our withdrawal request form or by contacting us at:

Your request should include:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Order number
  • Date of order
  • A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase

Example:

"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale for Order #[ORDER NUMBER]."

Acknowledgement of Receipt

When you submit a withdrawal request electronically, Rabbit Hop will provide an acknowledgement of receipt without undue delay.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you validly withdraw from a purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery charges where required by applicable law.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

Returning Goods

Where a return is required, goods must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have communicated your withdrawal decision.

You are responsible for any direct costs of returning the goods unless otherwise required by law or agreed by Rabbit Hop.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply in circumstances where an exception is permitted under applicable Cyprus or European Union consumer protection legislation.

Certain products may therefore be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law.

Any such exclusions will be identified where applicable.
