At Rabbit Hop, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Include any accessories, manuals, and promotional items that were included with the purchase.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
30-Day Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
Returns requested more than 30 days after the delivery date will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, please contact us at mail@rabbithop.cy and provide your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Gift cards.
- Clearance or sale items marked as "Final Sale".
- Products that have been used, damaged, altered, or are not in their original condition.
- Items returned without original packaging where applicable.
Additional non-returnable items may be identified on the product page before purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mail@rabbithop.cy.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping costs unless:
- The item was received damaged.
- The item is defective.
- The wrong item was shipped.
In these cases, Rabbit Hop will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or a damaged item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated processing period:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank, as refunds can take additional time to be officially posted.

Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you believe your item qualifies for an exchange, please contact mail@rabbithop.cy with your order details and supporting photographs.
